Karachi: A large number of well-wisher of Social Worker Ramzan Chhipa have felicitated him on receiving an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Letters from Sindh Governor & Chancellor Dr. Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan, Sindh Senior Minister for Education and Pro-Chancellor Nisar Ahmed Khohru and University of Karachi Vice Chancellor Dr. Muhammad Qaiser.

The Chhipa Welfare Association at its headquarters has received tons of letters of appreciation, faxes and emails about felicitation. The senders of letters of congratulations have besides offering their cordial congratulations to Ramzan Chhipa expressed their expectations that the Chhipa Welfare Association would now serve the deserving humanity with more enthusiasm.

The Chhipa Welfare Association Patron-in-Chief, Ramzan Chhipa has in response to overwhelming letters of congratulation expressed his heart-felt gratitude to the Sindh Governor and Chancellor Dr. Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan, Sindh Senior Minister for Education and Pro-Chancellor Nisar Ahmed Khohru and University of Karachi Vice Chancellor Dr. Muhammad Qaiser and members of the Syndicate of University of Karachi, all the well-wishers from all walks of life.

He said the conferment of the degree of (Doctor of Letters) had linked him to the future architect of the beloved country and has instilled a fresh vigour in him to serve the humanity with a new passion, zeal and zealous.

He vowed he would leave no stone unturned for making his beloved country prosperous and brighter.
